Avoid operating under no-load conditions whenever possible: When the load power consumption is less than 10% of the module’s rated output power. % It is recommended to connect a dummy load at the output or to select modules with a lower rated power; the dummy load (resistor) can be set to 10% of the module’s rated power. % Calculate the resistance value R = U 2 /(10 % ×1W);Avoid excessively large output bypass capacitors: The external capacitor C2 at the output should not have an excessively large capacitance; otherwise, it may cause overcurrent during module startup or result in poor startup performance. The specific value should be selected based on the capacitor’s datasheet.This product series does not support hot-swapping on the input side or parallel operation on the output side.In applications with stringent ripple‑noise requirements, an external LC filter should be used. The resonant frequency of the LC filter must be significantly lower than the switching frequency of the DC/DC converter to prevent mutual interference that could increase output ripple or damage the module, as shown in the figure.
