JCTM1051KAT
The JCTM1051KAT series CAN isolation transceiver module complies with ISO 11898‑2. By integrating an isolated power supply and a digital isolator, it achieves complete electrical isolation between the MCU and the CAN bus, eliminating loop currents caused by ground potential differences between nodes, reducing noise interference, enhancing communication quality, and improving bus stability.
The module converts the CAN controller’s output into differential signals for connection to the CAN bus, while also translating received differential signals into logic-level inputs for the CAN controller, supporting data rates of up to 1 Mbps. It features an integrated isolated DC/DC converter that shares the MCU’s power supply, eliminating the need for an external isolated power source. The module is designed to withstand the demanding electromagnetic environment of industrial settings, with bus terminals rated to tolerate fault voltages of ±58 V, resist ESD up to ±15 kV (HBM), and operate within a common-mode voltage range of −7 V to +12 V.
